For your conferences and seminars, ARCADEON offers sixteen flexible event rooms ranging from 36 to 216 m².
Thanks to the exceptional architecture of our property, all rooms have daylight. Depending on their orientation, they can be electrically darkened.
With flexible seating options, we always provide the right setting for your event—whether for a company presentation with a large exhibition area in our many foyers, a congress for 230 people, or a small meeting for 4 people.

All 16 conference rooms feature parquet flooring, have daylight, can be darkened in part if required, and are equipped with the latest media technology.
As the rooms can be combined flexibly, the event space can be configured to suit your needs. Whether a congress with 230 participants or a small-group meeting—ARCADEON offers the right rooms and a stylish ambience. Since 2014, you can also hold meetings or seminars in our outdoor conference room.
