Arrival / Departure
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 AM and settle your hotel bill. A later departure can be arranged individually with reception.

The nearest bus stop “ARCADEON” is located 200 m away. Bus lines 515 and 522 will take you to the city center and the train station. Information about departure times is available at reception.

We will create an individual voucher according to your wishes – from a glass of sparkling wine to an overnight stay in our suite – give the gift of good taste.
Pets (maximum 1 dog per room, other pets upon request)
Your four-legged friends are also welcome guests. We require that they are house-trained and pose no danger to our guests and staff. Please inform reception or housekeeping if you leave an animal alone in the room. We charge €15.00 per day per pet. Should damage or excessive cleaning costs occur, these will be charged accordingly.
