We Support You…

…in Planning Your Event

Are you planning a wedding, birthday celebration, communion or confirmation party, wish to host a baptism, or celebrate a summer party with friends?

As individual as the occasion and character of your celebration is – you can create the perfect package for your event from the modules offered below according to your wishes.

All events at our establishment are designed for a duration of 6 hours and include the event room from the respective minimum number of guests. Also included is preparation and cleanup time for the event room of approximately 2 hours each.

You are welcome to extend the duration of your event.

In the selected event room, your celebration can be planned until 3:00 AM at the latest.

After that, we invite you and your guests to continue the celebration at Emils. Here you can celebrate until 5:00 AM.
in the morning.

We are happy to advise you on the decoration of the tables and the room.

At ARCADEON you receive everything you need for a successful celebration:

  • The ideal facilities,
  • culinary delights, and
  • elegant accommodation options.

Together with the Landhotel Quartier82 by ARCADEON – which is particularly popular for family celebrations – we offer you a variety of different locations, both indoors and outdoors.

To arrange a personal appointment for a tour of the premises, please contact our staff at the event office.

Of course, our staff from the event department will be happy to support you in planning and executing your event.

Floral Decoration

From table decorations for dining, flowers at the buffet, or special wedding decorations (e.g., bridal bouquet & altar arrangements) – our florist provides all floral arrangements from a single source:

If you only require floral decoration for your celebration at ARCADEON, please feel free to discuss this with our event office staff, and we will handle the order for you.

Of course, you also have the option to create your own table decorations and have them delivered to us shortly before the event.

Enjoy & Celebrate at ARCADEON

If you already have a DJ or musician in mind for your celebration, they are welcome to perform here. We provide a stage and power connections free of charge, subject to availability.

As part of your (family) celebration, we offer accommodation for out-of-town guests (from Friday to Monday) at special rates ! (see above PDF: Event Brochure 2026)

Upon short notice (approx. 12 days before your event), a later breakfast and/or a late check-out is possible.

Special rates can only be booked directly with ARCADEON (via email to ed.noedacra@ofni or by phone at 0 23 31 / 35 75-0).

Self-Caller Contingent

To make planning accommodation as easy as possible for you, we offer the option of setting up a self-caller contingent. Under a special keyword, your guests can book accommodation themselves at the agreed special rates until a specific deadline. These

On the agreed deadline (usually 42 days before your event), unbooked rooms automatically return to general sale.

At ARCADEON, you will feel comfortable not only during your event but also afterwards.

In our bright, newly renovated rooms with large windows and oak parquet flooring, you can wonderfully relax and enjoy the stylish and comfortable ambiance.

All 78 rooms are equipped with allergy-friendly materials. ARCADEON offers five different room categories.
