WHO ARE WE?
We are currently a team of 42 employees and 5 apprentices.
In each department, there are several trainers, so we can guarantee you assistance at all times.
Our apprentices are integrated into the team as equals, because everyone in our house contributes to the success of our house and is part of the ARCADEON family.
Regular team and apprentice meetings guarantee a lively exchange and enable transparency at all levels.
You can actively accompany our social media team and get to know all departments.
After the first 1.5 years, once you have gotten to know all departments, we will individually adapt your training plan together with you.
All high school graduates can shorten the 3-year apprenticeship to 2.5 years directly in our house.
