ARCADEON Honored for Exceptional Excellence at Hotel Freizeit in Göttingen
Hagen, September 2026. A special award for ARCADEON and at the same time a strong signal for Hagen as a hotel and conference location: In 2026, ARCADEON was inducted into the Hall of Fame of TOP 250 Germany – The Best Conference Hotels in Germany.
Only conference hotels that succeed in winning a category of TOP 250 Germany three times within four years are admitted to this exclusive circle. ARCADEON has achieved precisely this extraordinary feat and now belongs to a small group of particularly successful conference hotels in Germany.
Between 2022 and 2025, the Hagen-based hotel achieved first place three times: once as Germany’s best seminar hotel and twice as the winner in the “Creative Formats” category.
“Being inducted into the Hall of Fame makes us incredibly proud,” says Claudia Bachmann, Marketing and Sales Manager at ARCADEON. “Three first places within four years are a great confirmation of our work. From Hagen to the German Conference Olympus
The Hall of Fame was established in 2024 by TOP 250 Germany. Hotelcamp Reinsehlen was the first hotel to be inducted. In 2025, Hotel Gut Hühnerhof and Hotel Schönbuch followed. In 2026, ARCADEON in Hagen now also joins this select group.
For ARCADEON, this induction is not only an award for past years but also an incentive for the future. For many years, the hotel has consistently positioned itself as an innovative learning and conference venue. An Award That Also Raises Hagen’s Profile
The induction into the Hall of Fame also underscores ARCADEON’s significance as a nationally recognized conference location in North Rhine-Westphalia. Companies and organizations from all over Germany come to Hagen for conferences, seminars, and events.
Thus, the award also contributes to making Hagen visible nationwide as a business, conference, and event location.
With its induction into the Hall of Fame, ARCADEON will now pause from the TOP 250 Germany elections for two years, in accordance with the regulations. After that, the hotel can re-enter the regular competition.
Until then, there’s cause for celebration in Hagen: Three victories in four years – and a place in the Hall of Fame of Germany’s best conference hotels.
