ARCADEON offers you the perfect setting for your unforgettable wedding day. As one of 10 selected locations in Hagen, we enable you to have an atmospheric civil ceremony directly on our premises. Our Klosterneuburg event room can accommodate up to 60 people for your wedding ceremony – enjoy all the benefits of one single & unique location for your entire wedding day.

For hosting your wedding celebration, we would like to offer you the following rooms at our venue:

Vaulted cellar from 35 guests
Restaurant in QUARTIER 82 from 45 guests
KARLs, the restaurant at ARCADEON, from 70 guests
Emils – the bar and lounge … exclusively together with the Melk/Werden room from 100 guests

Ambiente civil ceremony

Experience your civil wedding ceremony in our stylish Klosterneuburg event room. For dates, please contact the Registry Office of the City of Hagen.

Free ceremony

Your love takes center stage! With a free ceremony, you have the opportunity to say “I do” in a personal ceremony. We will design your ceremony entirely according to your individual ideas and wishes.

KARLs dining hall — KARLs, the restaurant at ARCADEON

Wedding cake

Your sweet masterpiece can be delivered to us during the day and professionally chilled. At the agreed time, we will present your cake festively decorated with ice fountains. For providing the tableware, we charge a cover fee of EUR 3.00 gross per person.

Wedding photos

Our spacious park with mature trees, an idyllic pond, and the villa offers the perfect backdrop for unforgettable wedding photos.

On-site styling

Get styled directly on site and do not lose any time due to unnecessary travel. We will be happy to put you in touch with professional makeup artists.

Classic car as a wedding car

A special highlight: Travel in style in a Citroën 11 CV from the 1960s between your home, the registry office, the church, and ARCADEON.

Wine tasting

Before your wedding, choose the perfect wines for your menu at an exclusive tasting with up to 7 selected wines.

Schedule & service

All wedding celebrations at our venue are designed for a duration of 6 hours and include the event room from the respective stated minimum number of guests. Also included is a set-up and dismantling time for the event room of approx. 2 hours each.

You are welcome to extend the duration of your event. In the selected event room, your celebration can be planned until 3:00 AM at the latest. Afterwards, we invite you and your guests to round off the celebration at Emils, where you can continue celebrating until 5:00 AM.

We will be happy to advise you on the decoration of the tables and the room to express your very personal style.

Floral Decoration

From table decorations for dining, flowers at the buffet, or special wedding decorations (e.g., bridal bouquet & altar arrangements) – our florist provides all floral arrangements from a single source:

If you only require floral decoration for your celebration at ARCADEON, please feel free to discuss this with our event office staff, and we will handle the order for you.

Of course, you also have the option to create your own table decorations and have them delivered to us shortly before the event.

If you already have a DJ or musician in mind for your celebration, they are welcome to perform here. We provide a stage and power connections free of charge, subject to availability.

Do you have a DJ among your guests?

We can also provide or rent equipment for your celebration, such as sound and lighting.

Accommodation at ARCADEON & Quartier82

As part of your (family) celebration, we offer accommodation for out-of-town guests (from Friday to Monday) at special rates ! (see above PDF: Event Brochure 2026)

Upon short notice (approx. 12 days before your event), a later breakfast and/or a late check-out is possible.

Self-Caller Contingent

To make planning accommodation as easy as possible for you, we offer the option of setting up a self-caller contingent. Under a special keyword, your guests can book accommodation themselves at the agreed special rates until a specific deadline. These

On the agreed deadline (usually 42 days before your event), unbooked rooms automatically return to general sale.

At ARCADEON, you will feel comfortable not only during your event but also afterwards.

In our bright, newly renovated rooms with large windows and oak parquet flooring, you can wonderfully relax and enjoy the stylish and comfortable ambiance.

All 78 rooms are equipped with allergy-friendly materials. ARCADEON offers five different room categories.
