Equipment for your event

All conference rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art audio, video, and media technology. ARCADEON is pleased to provide you with the equipment required for your event—from flipcharts to video projectors tailored to the specific needs of different room sizes.

Through its connection to the IT infrastructure of the FernUniversität in Hagen, ARCADEON offers very fast data traffic with a transmission speed of 750 Mbit per second. WLAN in the conference rooms and hotel is, of course, complimentary.

The basic equipment of your conference room includes our standard technology with a flipchart, two moderation boards, and an overhead projector. Additional equipment can be booked.

If required, we are also happy to arrange simultaneous interpreters, translators, secretaries, or a dedicated technician for you.
