Time for a Review

Christmas Greetings from ARCADEON “We have achieved our goals for 2016,” concludes Jörg Bachmann. The managing director and his team are currently giving the hotel a completely new look as part of the “ARCADEON Recreated” project, to make it fit for the future.

The “Emils” – the new Bar & Lounge – is widely acclaimed far beyond Hagen’s borders, with its successful combination of classic comfort and state-of-the-art technology (Atmosphere – Europe’s largest 4K Media Wall). “Emils” is named after Emil Schumacher from Hagen, who significantly shaped the art of the second half of the 20th century.

The new restaurant “KARLs” is also enjoying great popularity. Its namesake, Karl Ernst Osthaus, was one of the most important German art patrons and collectors of the early 20th century and the founder of the Folkwang Museum, which originated in Hagen. In the tasteful ambiance, the team around head chef Frank Drews conjures up culinary delights at “KARLs”.

For optimal fitness, a new fitness area is available for hotel guests. The “time out” for the soul offers effective sports equipment such as rowing machines, strength towers, cycles, treadmills, or cross-trainers.

The experience is rounded off by a consistent music concept that accompanies arriving guests from the parking lot throughout the entire hotel and, together with our scent concept, ensures well-being and harmony.

The framework for well-being at ARCADEON has been created. Starting in spring 2017, new conference areas will be added, promises Bachmann: “We will surprise you with our new Forest Room, the unique creative space ‘Hexagon’, and our unique Transforming Rooms!”

Ultimately, ARCADEON presents itself as a state-of-the-art and one of the most exceptional conference hotels in Germany. Stay tuned!
