Working Student (m/f/d)
Qualifications:
You are not tied to a specific area; instead, you would like to gain a holistic understanding of hotel operations and provide support wherever your skills and your studies are currently needed.
- Ongoing studies, ideally in hospitality, tourism, gastronomy, business administration, or a comparable field
- Flexibility and willingness to work across departments
- Willingness to take on degree-related tasks and projects and apply theoretical knowledge in practice
- A team player with a warm, communicative and reliable personality
- Willingness to take responsibility and think proactively
- Teamwork skills and enjoyment of collaborating with different departments
- A friendly and professional manner
- Good German and English skills
- Confident use of MS Office is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Individual deployment in a coordinated hotel department, e.g., service, front office, housekeeping, accounting, or administration
- Supporting the respective team in day-to-day operations
- Taking on degree-related tasks and projects
- Independently handling tasks in line with your strengths and qualifications
- Support with organisation, planning, and process optimisation
- Contributing to department-specific projects
- Opportunity to get to know additional hotel departments by individual arrangement
Working Hours:
- Flexible scheduling with a weekly workload of 16 to 20 hours, aligned with your studies and our operational requirements.
Requirements:
- Enrolment at a college or university
- Willingness to work 16 to 20 hours per week
- Time flexibility and good compatibility with your studies
- Interest in the hospitality industry and in varied tasks
- Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
- Initiative and willingness to take responsibility
- Enjoyment of working as part of a team
- A friendly and professional manner
- Good German and English skills
- Willingness, by individual arrangement, to be deployed across different departments depending on needs
- Ideally, initial practical experience in hospitality, gastronomy, or administration
