Archery

The archery motto of "Langbogen Seel"- "Not to aim but, nevertheless, hit"
Instinctive archery involves very little technology. With simple bows and wooden arrows it is moreover a meditation and rest for body and mind: This ancient form of combat is not directed against opponents, but deals, above all, with concentration and meditation. It comprises correct breathing techniques and fluent, harmonious movements.

This combination along with being outside in the fresh air, makes archery so attractive. The repetition of the ritual; building body tension, holding it, then breathing correctly, holding your breath and then releasing it calms first the body and then the mind.

One group hour costs from EUR 15,00 per person, plus journey to and from the practice ground.

Praxisfeld - „Hitting the target"  
After qualified instruction from an experienced archer you can test your new found abilities at  Praxisfeld with some target practise. On request we can also organize a small competition.
